We have completed many septic design and permitting projects for new homes in New Durham and Alton.  Some have included coordination with the Town for Local Approval or coordination with Utility Companies for working within easements.

We have completed many design and permitting projects for replacement systems in New Durham and Alton.  In all cases, we provided the services in a timely manner.

SHORELAND PERMITTING FOR RETAINING WALL REPLACEMENT AT LAKEFRONT CONDOS IN TILTON

Provided Shoreland Permitting for the landscaping company responsible for reconstruction retaining walls within 150 feet of the lake.

STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY IN FARMINGTON

Client required a Stormwater Management Plan in order to construct a new come and contractor's yard.  We worked with the Client and Town Planners to provide a design in a timely manner.

DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AT UNIVERSITY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE'S NEW HAMPSHIRE HALL

The building suffered from water infiltration into the lowest level classrooms and severe ponding around the outside.  We provided drainage redesign and foundation waterproofing recommendations.
